For a long time Muay Thai was one of the more well-known Martial Arts throughout Brazil, but mainly in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and Curitiba. In the 90's Muay Thai began to be organized in Brazil around the coordination of the " Brazilian Confederation of Boxing ", the organization that coordinates the Boxing in Brazil.
